The area used to be a favorite place among Cingkuak Island, Batu Kareta Island and Langkisau Hill. For tourists who stay overnight in Painan, they usually also went on a trip to tourist sites such as Bayang Sani Waterfall, and do not miss to see the uniqueness of the Root Bridge in Kenagarian Puluik-Puluik, Bayang Utara.

Delvi (17), a visitor from Pekanbaru, Riau, claimed to be amazed by the natural beauty of the Pesisir Selatan District. She admitted that he first came to the Pesisir Selatan District. However, high school students were very impressed and hope to visit again sometime. "Someday I will be back here again, and invite your friends to come here," said Delvi. 

Associated with lodging facilities are limited, Delvi admit it is rather difficult to get a hotel close to the beach. But for him it did not matter. Even so, he hoped that no hotel or inn is located near the beach.

Meanwhile, one resident Painan, Budi Permana hope that future opportunity is seen by hospitality businesses, so invest in Painan. Budi also hope people around the Carocok Beach can take advantage of travel opportunities to provide decent accommodation standards attraction. 

"It could be a citizen of one or two rooms in their homes, especially along the coast that are Carocok Beach. Inn so that deficiencies can be overcome and new business opportunities for the community," said Budi.
